Мне 49 лет, я из СПб в России. Помогите советом ради бога, я не понимаю по испански, куда же обратиться, в долгу не останусь, правда. Прошу ответить, только не на общее обозрение, прошу вас.
Мне должны из Мадрида в Санкт-Петербург большую сумму евро. Я оплатила легализационный сертификат за ? 0043, полученный из министерства финансов нотариусом. Теперь деньги застряли там в банке, поскольку я не резидент Испании. Вот что мне по этому поводу ответили, это правомерно или меня разводят и обманывают ? Что мне теперь делать, ????????????????????

уважаемая роза заватовна,мы пытаемся,банк,в котором были депозитированы ваши деньги,свою работу выполнил,деньги отправил,на этом ,как бы все,дело сделано,вам только осталось их получить,но другой банк их остановил (la caixa banco +34 67 251 53 94 , телефон не круглосуточный),так как нет разрешения на их выход из страны,тк вы не являетесь резитентом страны.говорят,получайте разрешение,предоставьте его нам ,а мы с радостью выпустим деньги.Уважаемая Роза Заватовна,сегодня утром мы получили из банка письмо следующего содержания(смотрите ниже),они сообщают,что ,так как вы не являетесь резидентом испании,а сумма ,покидающая страну приличная,вы должны будете уплатить в министерство экономии и финансов налог в 2.950 евро,как не резидент страны.
